He is also the Founder and Senior Partner of Terzi & Partners, a boutique advisory firm that provides advisory services to Family-Owned Enterprises, High Growth Companies and Financial Sponsors.
Vittorio is a Member of the Boards of Directors of Banca Generali, the Executive Committee of Italian Institute of Technology, the General Council of Private Markets of AIFI. He is also President Emeritus of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
Additionally, Vittorio is a Director Emeritus at McKinsey where he previously led industrial corporates and financial institutions in Italy and Europe.
Vittorio has led numerous projects for the Italian Government and has been advisor of the Minister of Economic Development for the international growth of Italian Companies and the Country’s energy strategy.
He graduated as Mechanical Engineer from the Politecnico of Bari and hold an MBA from Bocconi University.
