London, Zurich & Milan, 1 July 2026 – Coller Capital, one of the global leaders in private markets secondaries, and Cherry Bank today announce a distribution partnership to provide its clients with access to Coller Capital’s private credit secondaries investment strategy.
The partnership reflects the growing demand from wealth investors in Italy and across the continent for institutional-quality private markets strategies that offer diversification and sources of resilient risk-adjusted returns.
It marks another milestone for Coller Capital’s Private Wealth Secondaries Solutions platform in Europe and is in line with Cherry Bank’s strategy of providing clients with access to specialist private markets opportunities through collaborations with global leaders.
Private credit secondaries is one of the fastest-growing segments within private markets, with transaction volume nearly doubling to $20 billion in 2025, as suitable investors more regularly seek portfolio management solutions and liquidity tools within the rapidly expanding private credit ecosystem.[1] By investing in existing portfolios of private credit assets, Coller’s strategy provides exposure to seasoned investments with known underlying exposures and established cash flow characteristics.
Boris Maeder, Partner and Head of International Private Wealth Distribution at Coller Capital, said: “Italy is one of the most sophisticated and rapidly evolving private wealth markets in Europe, with investors increasingly looking to build strategic allocations to private markets. Our partnership with Cherry Bank will broaden access to private credit secondaries, a market segment that we believe remains under allocated for many investors despite its resilient income characteristics and demonstrable track-record.”
Francesco Bossi Desiata, Head of Wealth Management at Cherry Bank, said: “We are pleased to partner with Coller Capital, a recognised leader in the secondaries market globally. As private markets become an increasingly important component of client portfolios, we are focused on delivering exposure for our clients to scaled specialist managers like Coller with deep expertise. Private credit secondaries represent an attractive opportunity for investors seeking diversified income, with lower correlation to other parts of their portfolio. Furthermore, and in alignment with our private markets strategy, this partnership will provide Cherry Bank with insight into Coller’s deal flow and underwriting philosophy, fostering a deeper and more integrated investment relationship.”
