Coller Capital’s 2025 ESG Report

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Coller Promotes Giving for social impact

In 2025, Coller became a founding signatory of Promote Giving, a new industry initiative designed to align investment success with social impact. Through this commitment, Coller pledged to donate the equivalent of at least 5% of performance fees from selected funds to charitable organisations focused on healthcare, education, and other drivers of human well‑being. The program is expecting up to $150-250m+ USD potential donations over the next 10 years in programs dedicated to generating long-term societal value. This model ensures that contributions are funded entirely from performance fees, preserving investor returns while unlocking significant philanthropic potential.

Coller Capital’s participation reflects its long‑standing commitment to responsible business and reinforces its belief that private markets can drive systemic change and leave a legacy beyond financial returns.

The Sustainability Working Group
Comprised of colleagues from various teams within the business, and reporting into the ESG Committee, the Sustainability Working Group supports firm-level sustainability initiatives across our global offices and supplier relationships.

The group oversees key areas including second-hand donation programs (this year in partnership with TRIAD and Volunteers of America), waste separation and recycling initiatives, eco-conscious sourcing of materials, and engagement with suppliers on sustainability matters. Through these efforts, the working group continues to drive environmental responsibility and reduce our operational footprint across all office locations.

In the last year, supported by a third-party advisor, Coller Capital also completed a double materiality assessment on the firm in order to identify and address the most material/relevant sustainability risks at a corporate level.

Some of our offices have also made important strides in environmental initiatives. In London, Park House won the International Silver Green Apple Environment Award 2024 for its excellence in environmental efforts. In Hong Kong, we relocated to The Henderson building, which is equipped with multiple green certifications, energy-efficient systems, renewable energy generation, advanced waste management, and climate resilience measures.
