Recent key initiatives include

Increasing diverse representation:
We are focused on increasing representation of underrepresented groups at all levels. To achieve this, we have partnered with our HR Talent Acquisition team to deliver inclusive hiring training to all hiring managers and have implemented robust data tracking for all job applications. We have also set clear targets for diverse hiring, which has led to measurable improvements in our recruitment processes.

Expanding talent pipelines:
We have launched alternative recruitment and pipeline strategies, including our second Summer Internship Programme in partnership with diversity-focused organisations such as 10,000 Black Interns, Career Ladder, and GAIN. This has resulted in one permanent offer and several candidates in the pipeline for future roles.

Additionally, we have strengthened partnerships with universities as part of our social mobility strategy, sourcing MBA candidates and collaborating with DEI teams to attract a diverse pool for our Investment Team Senior Associate Summer Internship Programme.
