Over the past year, we completed a double materiality assessment aligned with the EU’s CSRD and ESRS. This helps us pinpoint what matters most to our business, climate change, our workforce and business conduct.

We continue to reduce and monitor our environmental footprint. Our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions were independently assessed. And for the sixth year in a row we maintained carbon neutral status through reduction initiatives and certified offsets.

Comprised of colleagues from various teams within the business and reporting into the ESG Committee, the Sustainability Working Group supports firm level sustainability initiatives across our global offices and supplier relationships.

The group oversees key areas including second hand donation programs, waste separation and recycling initiatives. Eco conscious sourcing of materials and engagement with suppliers on sustainability matters.
