Frank Ochsenfeld

Partner, Head of Legal and Compliance

Frank is head of the firm’s legal, regulatory and compliance functions and is based in the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2013, Frank acted as general counsel and in other senior management roles for several investment banks and fund managers in the United States and Europe, including KBC Financial Products, Daiwa Capital Markets, Cantab Capital and ABN AMRO. From 1996 until 2004 Frank practised as a corporate lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.

Frank holds a German law degree from Freiburg University, an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a Doctorate in Law from Bonn University. He is admitted to practise law in both England and Wales, and New York.
