Jeremy Coller is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Coller Capital, the world’s largest independent firm dedicated to private equity secondaries, which he founded in 1990.

 

Widely regarded as the “godfather of secondaries”, Jeremy is credited with pioneering and developing the market with a number of innovative firsts for the industry, transforming secondaries into the multi-billion dollar industry it is today. In 2023, he was voted the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) of the secondary market by Secondary Link and he regularly appears on lists of leading industry figures by Financial News, Private Equity News and Private Equity International.

 

He holds an MA in Philosophy from Sussex University and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester, UMIST. He began his career at ICI Pension Plan and Fidelity International Investment Management in London.

 

Jeremy is also a philanthropist, endowing the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University, where he serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors. As part of his Foundation, in 2015, he founded Farm Animal Investment Risk and Return (FAIRR) – the world’s fastest-growing investor network, representing more than $70 trillion of assets under management, focused on ESG risks and opportunities in the global food system.
