Key milestones in 2025 include leading the largest investor transaction enabling CVC to extend its ownership in Ahlsell, closing a $2.3 billion private credit continuation vehicle—BSP Debt Fund IV CV—with Benefit Street Partners, and welcoming a strategic minority investment from State Street Investment Management.
