Coller CICap Closes On Major US Secondary Transaction From a European Seller of US Private Equity Funds
Coller Capital Limited closes on one of the largest US Secondaries purchases from a European seller.
Coller Capital Limited Partnership has purchased a $20 million portfolio of positions in US venture capital and buyout funds from The Standard Life Assurance Company to release funds before maturity.
The Fund has attracted prominent financial institutions and individuals as investors. The USA contributed 70% and the UK 30% of the capital, representing banks (68%), asset management (29%) and private investors (3%).
