Frank Morgan, Partner, Head of Americas

Frank is Head of Americas. He worked with Coller Capital from 1991 as an external adviser before joining the firm in 2003.

He was previously a Partner at law firms Dewey Ballantine; Mayer Brown; and Gaston & Snow, advising international private equity funds and portfolio companies on legal and business issues. Frank was also Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Madison Fund and was Senior Vice President of Madison Ventures.

Frank has a JD from the University of Virginia, School of Law; an LLM in International Law from Cambridge University; and an AB from Brown University. He sits on the advisory committees of ABS Ventures, Annex Capital, Capitol Health, New Venture Partners and Washington & Congress.
