Amyn Hassanally, Partner

Amyn is an Execution Partner responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of investments.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2005, Amyn worked in the Private Equity Groups of law firms Dewey Ballantine in New York and Bingham McCutchen in Los Angeles where he advised on private equity transactions, fund formations and venture capital financings.

Amyn has a JD from the Duke University School of Law and a BA from Brandeis University.
