ABN AMRO

In January 2007, Coller Capital formed a €200m joint venture with ABN AMRO Capital. Forbion Capital Partners span out of the bank to manage the portfolio of 26 life science companies.

The new fund, Forbion Capital Fund 1, incorporates €90m of ABN AMRO Capital’s existing life sciences portfolio, and has substantial capacity for new and follow-on investment from Coller Capital and ABN AMRO.
