Coller International Partners V (CIP V)

In 2007, Coller Capital closed the world’s largest secondaries fund, Coller International Partners V, with capital commitments of $4.8 billion and participation from almost 200 of the world’s leading institutional investors. CIP V is now fully invested.

The fund, like its predecessors, is advised by a truly multinational team with a global reach.

CIP V’s key investments include: a $1 billion JV with Royal Dutch Shell; the acquisition of a significant part of 3i’s European venture portfolio; ground-breaking investments in India and China; an innovative participation in a rights issue by the quoted vehicle SVG Capital; and the acquisitions of portfolios of assets from both Crédit Agricole and Lloyds Banking Group.
