CIP I comprised six investment entities advised or co-advised by Coller Capital and/or its related entities, which were raised through 1996. The fund, which had total investor commitments of $84 million, is now completely liquidated.
ECUI Secondaries, CIP I’s first vehicle, closed in 1994 and was Europe's first secondaries fund. Sponsored by Baring Brothers, it attracted commitments from over 20 European, Middle Eastern and US investors.
Coller CIP, another CIP I investment vehicle, was raised in 1995 to acquire Standard Life’s $20 million portfolio of US venture and buyout funds.
